Sinead has over 20 years experience of partnering with business leaders on a variety of HR and People topics as well as operating as a leadership coach.

Sinead worked for 11 years at pwc where she led talent acquisition teams as well as partnered with their Consulting business on HR and People matters. She also worked for five years at Allegis Group, a staffing and services business as their EMEA Executive Director, People. She changed their approach to their people strategy and played a key role in evolving their culture. As partner to the leadership team, she influenced, challenged, counselled and advised.

In terms of qualifications, Sinead is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has an MA in Human Resource Management. Sinead is an accredited Leadership Coach Practioner.

Sinead’s style and approach is quite simple. She builds rapport quickly, makes you feel comfortable, shows curiosity, and seeks to find practical, uncomplicated and effective solutions. She will provide constructive challenge but support you unconditionally as a leader with your business goals.
